LifeHouse's 2nd Sidewalk Chalk for Children - Virtual Edition

posted Apr 15, 2020, 3:10 PM by Jill Shehi Chapman
Every year during April, people across the nation raise awareness for at-risk children and families with Child Abuse Prevention Month. As a way to keep things fun and interesting, one of the ways that LifeHouse participates in Child Abuse Prevention Month is by hosting a Sidewalk Chalk Event. This year, we are practicing #SocialDistancing by taking this event virtual!

Blue is the color that symbolizes Child Abuse Prevention Month! So on April 15th, get the blue chalk out, take your family outside, and decorate those sidewalks! Don't have blue chalk? No worries! This event is all about having fun and supporting Child Abuse Prevention!

After you have decorated those sidewalks, snap some pictures and post them to Facebook with the hashtag #HelpingKidsBeKidsAgain, #LHSidewalkChalk, or #LHChildAbusePrevention or you can tag LifeHouse Child Advocacy Center's Facebook page! Feel free to email your pictures to!

Have Fun & Chalk Those Sidewalks!
